Más allá del It-cleft y el What-cleft, el inglés enfatiza con marcos nominales: un sintagma con the/all + una relativa + be + lo que destacas. All I want is some peace pone el reflector sobre "some peace" y, de paso, añade un matiz de exclusividad ("lo único"). Es muy frecuente para resumir, contrastar o ir al grano.
Cada marco aporta su tinte: All… y The only thing… limitan ("nada más que"); The reason… introduce una causa; The way…, The place…, The time… enmarcan modo, lugar o momento.

Detalles que se fallan
Tres calcos del español que delatan: se dice All that I want, nunca all what; The reason why (o solo The reason), nunca the reason because; y se usa that/why/where, no what, en estos marcos. Además, el verbo principal va en singular porque el sujeto es el marco: All I want is…, The only thing that matters is….
